Policy Posting
This policy is clearly posted at all cash registers, store entrances, and on product pages (for online sales). A written copy is available upon request. -
Exchanges Only

We do not issue cash or credit card refunds.

Exchanges only are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with proof of purchase.

If the exchanged item is of greater value, the customer pays the difference. If of lesser value, the balance will be issued as store credit.

Sale or Final-Sale Items

“Sale” or “as-is” items are not eligible for exchange unless required by law (e.g., defective merchandise).

If This Policy Was Not Properly Posted
In the event this exchange-only policy was not properly posted, New York law requires us to accept returns of unused, undamaged items within 30 days of purchase and provide a refund in cash or credit, at the buyer’s choice. -
Online Purchases
For orders placed online (as of August 7, 2025), this exchange-only policy is displayed next to product details or before checkout, in compliance with NY law.-
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanging an item (to and from our facility).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service; we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, we will cover the cost of shipping for the exchange.
